This coaching series is designed as a sequential path.
Each level builds on the one before it, allowing you to understand yourself more clearly, make more aligned choices, and move forward with greater steadiness.
While this work is grounded in awareness, it is not focused on developing spiritual abilities or exploring mediumship.
It is focused on your life.
Your decisions.
Your relationships.
Your direction.
Your experience of day-to-day living.
Throughout each program, selected material from my books may be used to support reflection and provide clarity. These are not used as formal study, but as supportive insights that help you better understand what you are experiencing and working through.
Each program includes three core components:
1. Guided Coaching & Discussion
Each session offers practical guidance based on real-life situations.
This is not theoretical coaching.
It is grounded, responsive, and directly connected to what participants are experiencing in their lives. Questions, challenges, and current situations are welcomed and explored in a way that brings clarity rather than overwhelm.
The focus is always on understanding—not fixing or forcing change.
2. Personal Reflection & Application
Between sessions, you are invited to reflect on what you are noticing in your daily life.
This may include:
