The Foundations of Awareness program is the beginning of all intuitive and mediumship development.
It is where we start—not by trying to become intuitive, psychic, or gifted—but by understanding the awareness from which all intuitive perception naturally arises.
You are not learning to acquire something new.
You are learning to recognize what is already present.
Many people are drawn to intuitive and mediumship development with a genuine curiosity and openness. At the same time, they often carry uncertainty, expectation, or ideas shaped by previous experiences, teachings, or cultural beliefs about what this work is supposed to look like.
This program gently sets those aside.
It brings the focus back to something far more stable and reliable:
Awareness itself.
From an interfaith spiritual perspective, we understand that we are expressions of Spirit—already connected to Divine Consciousness. Intuition is not something separate from us. It is a natural extension of that connection.
When this is understood, development becomes much simpler.
It is no longer about striving, performing, or trying to “get it right.”
It becomes a process of:
- recognizing
- allowing
- and learning to trust what is already occurring
The Foundation of All Development
This program is not just about learning techniques.
It is about building a clear and grounded relationship with:
- your own awareness
- your intuitive perception
- and your connection to Spirit
Without this foundation, development can become confusing, inconsistent, or influenced by expectation
You begin to:
- understand what you are sensing
- distinguish between imagination and perception
- feel more stable in your experience
- and develop confidence without pressure
Each session builds naturally on the previous one, allowing you to develop awareness in a way that is steady, supported, and experiential.
How the Program is Delivered
The workshops are designed to be both informative and experiential.
Each session includes:
- Gentle guided meditation
- Short teaching segments
- Group discussion
- Practical awareness and intuitive exercises
What You Will Explore
Within this foundation, you will begin to explore:
- Meditation and stillness without effort
- Understanding and working with awareness
- Recognizing and trusting intuitive perception
- Receiving and interpreting impressions and messages
- Understanding energy and how it is felt
- Sensing and working with the presence of Spirit
- Seeing and feeling subtle information (auras, energy fields)
- The role of imagination vs. intuitive perception
- Interpreting symbols and intuitive impressions
- Developing clarity and confidence in your experience
- Introduction to healing awareness and energetic sensitivity
Tools may be introduced—but always with the understanding that:
Awareness is primary.
Everything else is supportive.
A Grounded Approach to Spiritual Development
This program does not encourage performance or pressure.
It does not ask you to become something you are not.
Instead, it supports you in:
- becoming more aware
- becoming more present
- and becoming more comfortable with what you already experience
This creates a form of development that is:
- grounded
- ethical
- and sustainable

This is where everything begins.

But with recognizing what has always been present.
Throughout the program, selected readings from the books "You are Spirit ~ A User's Guide" and "About Being Psychic" are used to deepen understanding and provide continuity between sessions. These reflections are not required in a formal sense, but offer a helpful way of reinforcing what is being explored experientially.
This program is suitable for those who are new to intuitive or mediumship development, as well as those who feel something already present but lack clarity or confidence in what they are experiencing.
This is not about becoming something more.
It is about recognizing what is already present.
It is the beginning of a path that moves from curiosity… to clarity… to trust…and into a more natural way of living with awareness and intuitive insight.

More About the Workshop This 6 part series of 2 hour Intuitive Development /Mediumship workshops will help you rise above the illusion of limitation that the physical world imposes on you and enable you to connect to Spirit and allow you to explore your spiritual and psychic gifts. Using meditation, short lectures, discussion and experiential exercises, the workshops explore such skills as meditation, controlling your gifts, receiving & interpreting messages, seeing auras, feeling & directing energy, healing, interpreting symbols & dreams, using intuitive tools and more....
