Special Notes for those New to Meditation
If you have never meditated before have patience. It will take a few sessions for your body to get used to the process. For the first few times it may be hard to sit quietly and follow the meditation. Don't worry! You can do it !!! Do your best and follow the journey to its end even if you find that your mind is really busy. After a few times, you will find that you will be able to sit quietly, relax and enjoy the journey.
