Meditation is a Powerful Tool for staying healthy & for connecting to Spirit and our Higher Self. It helps control your stress and makes it easier for you to move into an altered state of consciousness so you can connect to higher vibrations
​and your higher awareness.   
Special Notes for those New to Meditation

If you have never meditated before have patience. It will take a few sessions for your body to get use to the process.  For the first few times, it may be hard to sit quietly and follow the meditation. Don't worry! You can do it !!! Do your best and follow the journey to its end even if you find that your mind is really busy.  After a few times, you will find that you will be able to sit quietly, relax and enjoy the journey.
