As Eternal Infinite Spirit we cannot die and cannot fail. Free will and challenge are the tools we use to grow and become more both here in a physical life and in our higher life. We as Eternal Infinite Spirit crave experience which we can only achieve here in the limitations of the physical. We are Spirit choosing the limitations of a Physical life to Evolve and become."
I Am Whole and Complete ~ Spiritual LIfe Affirmation # 2 with Rev Barry
Affirmation: Nothing is missing; I am one with the infinite wholeness of the Divine. I am already complete, whole in Spirit, and perfect in love.
Reflection: Wholeness is not something we achieve — it is what we already are. Beneath every striving, every longing, lies the truth that we are complete expressions of Divine love. When we remember this truth, our sense of lack dissolves into the light of knowing that we have never been separate from God.
Wholeness is our birthright — a truth untouched by circumstance. Beneath every sense of lack lies the reality that we are complete expressions of the Divine, made of light, wisdom, and eternal love.
When we remember this, we stop seeking to fill what was never empty. Living from wholeness transforms how we see the world. We no longer seek to fill emptiness; instead, we share the fullness of our being. Every breath, every act, becomes an extension of Divine harmony. To live from wholeness is to rest in the knowing that all we need arises from within.
Every challenge, every joy, every breath reflects the completeness of Spirit moving through us. To claim wholeness is to stop searching and start living. Each experience, whether joyful or painful, has shaped the fullness of who we are.

Who Am I ~ What Do I Do with Rev Barry King, PhD
Caring for the Whole Self — Spirit, Mind, and Body
To live a truly spiritual life is to honour the sacredness of the whole self.
We are not just spirits floating in physical form, nor are we merely bodies moving through time — we are luminous beings of consciousness temporarily expressing through the physical world.
Our well-being depends upon how we care for each aspect of who we are: the spiritual, the emotional, the mental, and the physical. Each dimension is a reflection of the others; when one is neglected, all are affected.
True spiritual practice begins with awareness — awareness of our thoughts, our emotions, our energy, and our physical needs.
To care for the self is not selfish; it is an act of devotion to the Divine within. When we nourish the body, quiet the mind, and tend to the soul, we become clear channels for Spirit to move through us.
Our intuition strengthens, our peace deepens, and our presence becomes a healing vibration for the world around us.

Patience as a Spiritual Tool
Patience is one of the most profound spiritual virtues, for it invites us to surrender our attachment to control and to trust in the unfolding wisdom of the Divine. Life rarely moves according to our personal timetable. Yet, when we cultivate patience, we begin to perceive that every delay and detour carries hidden purpose. Spirit often works in the spaces between our desires and their fulfillment, shaping our growth and refining our understanding.
From a spiritual perspective, patience teaches us alignment. It calls us to rest in faith rather than fear, to allow the river of life to flow in its own rhythm. When we are patient, we move from striving to allowing, from anxiety to peace. This inner stillness becomes a sacred field where intuition, guidance, and divine timing can reveal themselves naturally.
Patience is not passive; it is an act of faith in motion. It is the quiet confidence that what is meant for us will come in its season. When we embody patience, we live in harmony with the Divine flow, and life begins to unfold with greater grace, balance, and beauty.
